🚨 Stripe Identity Setup Required

Critical: Enable DOB collection in Stripe Dashboard

ISSUE: Verification sessions are completing but NOT extracting birth dates because DOB collection is disabled in your Stripe Dashboard.

Required Configuration Steps

Step 1: Access Stripe Dashboard

Step 2: Enable Date of Birth Collection

In Stripe Dashboard, go to: Identity → Settings
Scroll to "Verification checks" section
Find "Date of birth" checkbox
✅ CHECK the "Date of birth" box
Click "Save changes" at the bottom

Step 3: Verify Configuration

After enabling DOB collection, all NEW verification sessions will automatically extract birth dates from ID documents.

Important: Old verification sessions created BEFORE this setting was enabled cannot be fixed. Users must reset and start a NEW verification.

Step 4: Test Verification

Have a test user (or yourself with a different email) sign up
Start identity verification
Complete the full verification process
Check that birth date is extracted successfully
User should see "Identity Verified ✓" with their DOB displayed

What This Fixes

✅ Birth dates will be automatically extracted from government IDs
✅ Users won't see "Session Cannot Extract Birth Date" error
✅ Verification will complete successfully with locked DOB
✅ Users get the verified trust badge immediately
✅ No manual DOB entry needed
