The following violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
Using HeartLib if you are under 18 or misrepresenting your age
Using a fake or inaccurate birth date - This breaks our entire compatibility system
Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
Sharing, requesting, threatening to share, or promoting non-consensual intimate content
Sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, graphic sexual images, sexual solicitation, or sexual services on user profiles, photos, bios, messages, or uploads
Sexual violence, sexual assault, sexual coercion, exploitation, or pressuring anyone into sexual activity
Fraud activity or scam activity, including romance scams, investment or cryptocurrency scams, identity theft, phishing, catfishing, blackmail, extortion, or soliciting money from users
Spam, promotional content, or commercial activities
Using the platform for illegal activities
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, attempts to involve minors, sexualized content involving minors, or any activity involving minors
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, forced labour, grooming, coercion, or facilitating any of these activities
Every fake birth date you enter doesn't just affect you—it gives false hope to real people seeking genuine connections. We take this seriously and will permanently ban users who intentionally mislead others.
HeartLib is an adults-only platform for users aged 18 and older. We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, attempts to involve minors, or any activity involving minors.
Report any content, profile, message, or behaviour you believe may involve child safety concerns
Understand that child safety reports receive priority review by HeartLib
Share, request, promote, or facilitate CSAM or any exploitative content involving minors
Attempt to groom, contact, involve, or reference minors in platform activity
Credible reports are promptly investigated. Accounts involved in prohibited child safety conduct are permanently removed, relevant information may be preserved where legally required, and appropriate authorities may be notified when required by law.
Your birth date is the most important piece of information on HeartLib. Our KNCSR compatibility system is 100% dependent on accurate dates.
Use your REAL birth date - the one on your birth certificate or government ID
Complete identity verification to lock your birth date and build trust
Before connecting deeply, verify that your match's birth date is accurate
Ever lie about your birth date, even by a single day
Use a 'preferred' birthday that's different from your real one
Change your birth date to 'test' the system
If you use January 15 but were actually born January 20, you'll match with the wrong people. The connection you think is 'meant to be' is actually based on false data. Be fair to yourself and others—use your real date.
Warning and educational guidance
Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
Permanent account ban, including for CSAM, child exploitation, sexually explicit profile content, non-consensual content, sexual violence, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, grooming, fraud, scams, or serious safety violations
Immediate permanent ban + possible legal action
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support@heartlib.io with your case. We review all appeals fairly, but zero tolerance violations (fake birth dates, harassment, fraud) are not eligible for appeal.
Help us maintain a safe community. If you encounter a violation:
Submitting false reports to harm other users is itself a violation and will result in action against your account.
