**Sharing intimate content without explicit consent.** Never share private photos, videos, or intimate information about another person without their clear permission.

**Scamming, fraud, or soliciting money.** If you ask users for money, financial information, or try to scam anyone, you will be permanently banned and potentially reported to authorities.

**Spam, promotional content, or commercial activities.** HeartLib is for finding connections, not selling products or services.

**Using the platform for illegal activities.** Any illegal behavior will result in immediate ban and reporting to law enforcement.

Why do we take this so seriously? Because every fake birth date, every scam attempt, every piece of harassment doesn't just hurt one person—it damages the entire community's trust. We will permanently ban users who intentionally mislead or harm others.

[CHAPTER 2: BIRTH DATE INTEGRITY]

Your birth date is the most important piece of information on HeartLib. Let me say that again: your birth date is THE MOST IMPORTANT piece of information on your profile. Our KNCSR compatibility system is one hundred percent dependent on accurate dates.

**What you MUST do:**

Use your REAL birth date—the one on your birth certificate or government ID. Not an approximate date. Not a preferred birthday. Your actual, legal birth date.

Complete identity verification to lock your birth date and build trust with the community.

Before connecting deeply with someone, verify that your match's birth date is accurate. Ask them directly: "Is your birth date on your profile accurate?"

**What you must NEVER do:**

Never lie about your birth date, even by a single day. Even one day completely changes your Day Number and Life Number, which means all your compatibility results will be wrong.

Don't use a "preferred" birthday that's different from your real one. We understand privacy concerns, but accuracy is non-negotiable for our system to work.

Don't change your birth date to "test" the system or see different matches. This wastes everyone's time and gives you false results.

Here's why this matters so much: If you enter January fifteenth but were actually born January twentieth, you'll match with the wrong people. The cosmic connection you think is "meant to be" is actually based on false data. Be fair to yourself and others—use your real date.

Never create multiple accounts to circumvent blocks or bans. We track this, and it results in permanent ban of ALL your accounts.

Your safety is our top priority. Here's how to protect yourself:

**What you SHOULD do:**

Protect your personal information. Don't share your home address, phone number, financial details, or workplace location until you truly trust someone.

Take time to get to know someone before meeting in person. Exchange messages, have video chats, verify their identity.

Meet in public places for first meetings. Coffee shops, restaurants, busy parks—never someone's home or a private location.

Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is. Don't ignore red flags just because the compatibility score is high.

Report suspicious behavior or profiles immediately. Better to be cautious than sorry.

Never share financial information or send money to people you've just met online. This is the number one red flag for scams.

Never scrape data or use automated bots. This violates our terms of service and is illegal.

Don't share other users' personal information without permission. What they share with you in private stays private.

[CHAPTER 7: ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES]

Here's what happens when you violate our guidelines:

**First violation for minor issues:** Warning and educational guidance. We'll explain what you did wrong and how to fix it.

**Second violation:** Temporary account suspension, ranging from seven to thirty days depending on severity.

**Serious violations:** Permanent account ban. No appeals.

**Zero tolerance violations:** Immediate permanent ban, plus possible legal action. This includes fake birth dates, harassment, fraud, and scams.

We review all violations fairly. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you can contact support at heartlib dot io with your case. However, zero tolerance violations—fake birth dates, harassment, fraud—are not eligible for appeal.

[CHAPTER 8: HOW TO REPORT VIOLATIONS]

Help us maintain a safe community. If you encounter a violation, here's what to do:

Step one: Click the red flag Report button on the user's profile.

Step two: Select the appropriate violation reason from the list.

Step three: Provide detailed information about what happened. The more specific you are, the better.

Step four: Upload evidence if available—screenshots of inappropriate messages, photos of concerning behavior.

Step five: Submit your report. Our moderation team will review within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.

Important warning: Submitting false reports to harm other users is itself a violation and will result in action against YOUR account. Only report genuine concerns.
