What This Test Checks

✅ AWS credentials are configured correctly

✅ Your sender email ("FROM_EMAIL_OUTREACH") is verified in AWS SES

✅ Your AWS account is out of sandbox mode

✅ Emails can actually be sent and delivered

📧 Important: Even if you're out of sandbox mode, you MUST verify your sender email (FROM_EMAIL_OUTREACH) in AWS SES Console → Verified identities. Otherwise all emails will be rejected.
