Human Trafficking Prevention Policy

HeartLib's prevention, detection, response, and escalation protocols

1. Zero Tolerance Statement

HeartLib has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, forced labour, grooming, coercion, or the facilitation of any of these activities.

Any account suspected of involvement in these activities may be suspended, investigated, permanently removed, and reported where required by applicable law.

2. Prevention Measures

HeartLib is for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old.
Users must accept the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Users can report suspicious, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe behaviour.
HeartLib may conduct administrative review of user reports.
Accounts that violate platform rules may be removed.
HeartLib cooperates with law enforcement when legally required.

3. Detection Protocols

Reports submitted by users.
Manual moderation and administrative review.
Review of suspicious account activity where identified.
Investigation of credible complaints.
Escalation of serious concerns to HeartLib trust and safety review.

4. Response Protocol

Immediate review of credible concerns.
Temporary account suspension if appropriate during review.
Permanent removal for confirmed violations.
Preservation of relevant records where legally required.
Reporting to law enforcement when required by applicable law.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

HeartLib cooperates with valid legal requests from authorised law enforcement agencies while protecting user privacy in accordance with applicable law.
