Stripe processes web subscription payments and Apple processes App Store subscriptions where applicable. HeartLib does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. HeartLib may store limited payment records such as subscription status, plan, provider customer ID, transaction references, billing country/currency where provided, and receipt or invoice metadata needed for account, support, compliance and tax purposes.
HeartLib is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users while complying with valid legal obligations. We only disclose user information when required or permitted by applicable law and after receiving a valid legal request from an authorised authority.
HeartLib does not disclose user information based on informal requests, verbal requests, private investigations without legal authority, civil disputes lacking legal process, or requests that are overly broad, invalid, or unsupported by applicable law.
Where legally required, HeartLib may disclose limited account registration information, email address, subscription records, login history if retained, billing information, and identity verification records if collected. We do not imply that all categories are collected or retained for every user.
Where legally permitted, HeartLib may notify affected users before disclosing their information. HeartLib may also respond to emergency requests where there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent death, serious physical harm, or another significant threat to public safety, consistent with applicable law.
Requests originating outside the jurisdiction in which HeartLib operates must comply with applicable international legal processes before information may be disclosed.
