Understanding your rights and responsibilities when using HeartLib
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heartlib KNCSR app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Heartlib provides compatibility insights, reports, and matchmaking tools based on the proprietary KNCSR Model. Our mission is to help users make more informed decisions in relationships, friendships, and partnerships.
Heartlib does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, business partner, or achieve specific outcomes. Success depends on your own actions, honesty, and willingness to engage positively.
HeartLib is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to use the Services, and false age declarations are prohibited.
HeartLib has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to involve minors, or sharing, requesting, promoting, storing, or facilitating any content or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Users may not post sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, graphic sexual images, sexual solicitation, or sexual services on profiles, profile photos, bios, messages, uploads, or any other area of the Services.
Users may not share, threaten to share, request, promote, or facilitate non-consensual intimate content, revenge pornography, sexual coercion, sexual assault, sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or any conduct that pressures or forces another person into sexual activity.
Fraud activity and scam activity are not allowed, including romance scams, cryptocurrency or investment scams, identity theft, phishing, payment fraud, fake profiles, catfishing, blackmail, extortion, money laundering, spam, unsolicited advertising, affiliate spam, bots, or attempts to obtain money, credentials, financial information, or personal information under false pretenses.
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, terrorism, money laundering, blackmail, extortion, facilitating any prohibited activity, and any other unlawful use of the Services.
Harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, intimidation, hate speech, discrimination, or conduct that targets users based on protected characteristics.
Impersonation, fake identities, misrepresentation, circumventing bans, attempting to exploit the system, scraping, automated abuse, or interfering with the security or operation of HeartLib.
HeartLib is currently offered as part of its initial international rollout in selected service markets. Current supported service markets are:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
Availability of HeartLib services, features, subscription plans and payment methods may vary by country. Access to the HeartLib website from a particular location does not necessarily mean that every HeartLib service is available for purchase there.
HeartLib may add, restrict, suspend or discontinue service availability in a country or territory where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, payment-provider requirements or operational considerations.
HeartLib does not offer paid services in jurisdictions where the applicable services are prohibited by law or cannot be supported by HeartLib's payment providers.
While our system is designed to reduce uncertainty in relationships, we make no guarantee of specific matches, outcomes, or long-term success. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Heartlib offers tools and insights—not absolute predictions.
Some HeartLib features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices and billing frequencies are shown before purchase and may be monthly or annual depending on the selected plan.
Where a subscription automatically renews, it renews at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date. If a free trial is available for a selected plan, the subscription converts to a paid subscription after the trial unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Users may cancel through the account billing/subscription management area where available. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Users ordinarily retain access to paid features until that date unless access is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for the unused portion of an already-started paid billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The KNCSR Model, compatibility reports, and all related intellectual property are owned by Heartlib. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heartlib, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Community Standards, the Child Safety & Age Requirements policy, the Human Trafficking Prevention Policy, or any other HeartLib trust and safety policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, unless otherwise required by law.
